Who we are

The Olynthic Hill Olive Oil είναι μια οικογενειακή παραγωγή εξαιρετικού παρθένου ελαιολάδου με έδρα τη Νέα Όλυνθο Χαλκιδικής.

The Mourmouri family has been cultivating the Halkidiki olive variety since 1980, when the first family trees were planted. Konstantinos Mourmouris, a professional farmer since 2014, grew up in the family’s olive groves, actively participating in all stages of cultivation from an early age alongside his father.

With the goal of maintaining full quality control and ensuring modern product standardization, a privately owned bottling facility was established and became fully operational in 2025.

What we produce

In our family-owned olive groves in Nea Olynthos, Halkidiki, Olynthic Hill Olive Oil produces premium extra virgin olive oil from the local Halkidiki and Galani Metaggitsi varieties. Our olive oil is cold-extracted and harvested by hand, ensuring that the natural aromas and nutritional value of the olives remain intact. Immediate pressing after harvest and the absence of any additives preserve the oil’s purity and authenticity — reflecting the care and tradition behind every drop.
